Call it what you will: above and beyond, human decency, superlative service... By any name, Stephen A. Marshall and the folks at Ergonomic Sciences deserve any and all of these accolades. Away on sabbatical with my COMFORT keyboard, I discovered that the shift key was sticking intermittently. I called Stephen, and he told me how to fiddle with it to stop this annoying habit. Nothing worked. When he heard my plight of needing this keyboard desperately to complete two boo manuscripts, he packed up a new on, sent it by express, and asked only that I send the misbehaving keyboard off to the manufacturers. Nowhere else in the computer world have I found such concern, connection and courtesy!. If only more of those in the world of computers and their upkeep could learn some of the basic principles of helpfulness and professional courtesy that Ergonomic Sciences demonstrates! Those manuscripts would never have been completed in time without the help of Ergonomic Science!Shirley Brice Heath

Dear Steve,
It was a real pleasure visiting your store and meeting you!
I had been searching for office equipment for my repetitive strain injuries for quite some time and was disappointed in one way or another with all of the items that had been recommended to me. I believed I had no other option but to get things that weren't "quite right."
All that changed from meeting with you. You had the types of equipment appropriate for me AND you gave me a level of assistance in selecting the right equipment which is very rare. You didn't "sell" me products. Rather, you did indeed live up to your commitment to provide only what will work for me.
Thank you very much for being there!
Sincerely,
Carolyn Koester
